What format do your meetings take?
SWARM
Not via digital media as of yet. However, we try to meet face-to-face regularly and we hold a yearly annual conference.
We are considering using a Facebook page and linking with the South West Peninsula Deanery Facebook page (on which we have posted messages previously).
WM TRAIN
At the moment, we're meeting monthly. We have a Google group email address for committee correspondence, have a twitter account (@wmtrain) and use the Basecamp online project management system. Our website is in development and we're in the process of organising an annual training day/AGM.
