Our constitution was the starting point of the collaborative and was predominantly written to document our intention and define our authorship rules. These rules are key to our model and underpin the whole ethos of our group. The sections of our constitution are:

WM TRAIN

SWARM generously agreed that we could base our constitution on their tried and tested system. As such, we have made a few changes to reflect local practice, but it covers our mission statement, aims, structure, membership, roles, project management, authorship and committee meeting rules.
